1. Order Confirmation and Product Information
- Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary.
- Once an order is submitted, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. This email only confirms receipt of your order and does not guarantee shipment.
- The Store reserves the right to accept or cancel any order. If a product is out of stock, payment fails, or an unforeseen event occurs, we will notify you and issue a refund accordingly.
- Prices, specifications, inventory, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Payment Methods

3. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times, regions, and shipping fees follow the details stated on the Shipping Policy page.
- In the event of natural disasters, holidays, logistics delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be postponed.
- If an incorrect address is provided or the package is not collected in time, resulting in a return, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays).
However, in accordance with the “Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales”, personal hygiene products such as facial masks, skincare, and cosmetic items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

- The Store shall not be held responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

- In case of discomfort or allergic reactions, please discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified dermatologist or physician.

The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this website and take effect immediately. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree that the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) shall apply, and the Hsinchu District Court shall be the court of first instance.
