- Convenience Store Pickup・7-Eleven, FamilyMart (available in Taiwan main island and outer-island stores)
Delivery Time
Home Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Service area: Taiwan main island
Convenience Store Pickup
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business day.
- Service area: Taiwan main island and outer-island convenience stores

Shipping & Fulfillment
- Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding the order date).
- Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no delivery on weekends or public holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
Home Delivery: Tracking information will be provided once the parcel is shipped. Actual delivery time depends on the driver’s delivery route.
Convenience Store Pickup:Please check your SMS or notification message and pick up your parcel within 7 days after arrival.
If the package is returned due to failure to collect, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Product Care & Delivery Notice
To maintain the quality of your facial masks and skincare products, please collect your order promptly upon arrival and avoid long exposure to high temperatures.
Minor creases or dents on the outer packaging may occur during transportation. These do not affect product quality or usage.
